These Terms of Service (this “Agreement”) form a legally binding agreement between you—either as an individual or as the authorized representative of the business entity or organization (“you,” or “your”)—and BRT Systems Pte Ltd (“BRTSys,” “we,” or “our”). This Agreement governs your download, access to, and use of the mobile applications provided from BRTSys, including any data collected therein (the “App”).
By clicking the “Accept” button, downloading, or using any portion of the App, you (i) agree to be bound by this Agreement, and (ii) represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood the terms of this Agreement; (b) you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract; and (c) you have the authority to enter into this Agreement and to bind the entity you represent, if applicable.
If you do not have such authority, or if you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you must not download, install, or use the App.
Use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and processing of your information. By using the App, you consent to our handling of your data as described therein.
Subject to this Agreement, we grant you limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable license to: (a) access and use the App as made available by BRTSys, and solely for use in conjunction with, or interface with, BRTSys products and accessories on a computing device owned or otherwise controlled by you.
Except as expressly permitted under this Agreement, you shall not: (a) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying structure, or algorithms of the App, in whole or in part; (b) use the App for any unlawful, harmful, abusive,
defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable purposes, including any use that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others; or (c) resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the App available to any third party without our express prior written consent.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or enhance the App at any time, including adding new features or correcting errors. Such updates may be deployed automatically without notice. Your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of any modified terms and functionality.
The App may collect, store, and process certain information, including personal data or usage metrics, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, storage practices, and your rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRTSys shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, lost profits, lost data, interruption of service, or other losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, even if BRTSys has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BRTSys disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
BRTSys does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the App, or that defects in the App will be corrected.
You acknowledge that use of the App is at your sole risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from BRTSys or through the App shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of this Agreement. You may also terminate your account at any time by ceasing all use of the App and deleting it from your device. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement shall immediately cease.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved pursuant to the International Arbitration Act of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and arbitration tribunals located in Singapore.

Beware of Fake, Phishing and Spoofing Emails
Do not respond to these emails or communicate with the sender, and do not provide the sender with any personal or financial information. In addition, avoid clicking on links included in the emails, or the attachments as it may result in malware, or a virus being loaded on the recipient’s computer.
If you receive email solicitations from anyone posing as the company, its group affiliates or company officers that appears even remotely suspicious, please contact us immediately.
