Mobile Application

 

The PanL Desk Manager mobile application is designed to allow users to easily book desk resources from their mobile phone.

 

Description

The mobile application provides users with complete control of their PanL Desk Manager bookings.

Allowing users to create and manage their desk bookings, search for available desks or colleagues who already have a desk booking and enabling users to claim any booked desk resources via displayed QR codes.

The mobile application allows users to book desks on an ad-hoc basis allowing booking a free desk at any time.

 

Outlook Add-in

 

Included in the PanL Desk Manager (PDM) Software package provided to customers directly (Contact us for more info), the Microsoft Outlook Add-in enables users to perform desk bookings within the system from their outlook desktop application.

 

Description

The mobile application provides users with complete control of their PanL Desk Manager bookings.

Allowing users to create and manage their desk bookings, search for available desks or colleagues who already have a desk booking and enabling users to claim any booked desk resources via displayed QR codes.

The mobile application can also provide device control options to users with elevated privileges and is utilised to on-board PD35L devices into the system.

Desk Viewer

 

Included in the PanL Desk Manager (PDM) Software package provided directly to customers (Contact us for more info) the Desk viewer application enables users to view an associated floor plan and quickly find available desk resources.

 

 

Description

The Desk Viewer application can run on any standalone desktop or laptop computer and provides a visual representation of available desks for your specific floorplan allowing users to quickly find available desk resources.

Advanced user and time search functionality is provided enabling users to easily collaborate with team members and locate adjacent desk resources. A desk status filter is available ensuring the number of utilized and available desks is always visible.

Desk and user booking details are provided for any current desk bookings within the given floorplan.

Web Management Console

 

Included in the PanL Desk Manager (PDM) Software package provided directly to customers (Contact us for more info), the Web Management Console is designed to allow administrative users complete control over the PDM system.

 

Description

The Web Management Console (WMC) provides complete control of the PDM system to administrative users. The WMC enables configuration of system users as well as booking policy management on an individual or group basis for users.

Location and hardware resource management allows administrators control over the buildings/locations/desks included in the system as well as configuration of the PD35L displays and their assignment to a given desk.

Microsoft Outlook and calendar server is managed within the WMC along with firmware updates for associated hardware devices.

Statistics on a variety of parameters including desk usage are available allowing administrators to monitor system utilisation.
